Welcome to Wendoh, the wedding vendor directory that helps lovebirds find everything they need for “I do.” From photographers to caterers, we make your wedding planning less headache, more head-turning.
Before you start scrolling, listing, or clicking “accept,” please read this. We’ll try not to bore you, but it’s still a legal document, so buckle up.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using Wendoh (the “Platform,” “Site,” or “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you don’t agree, that’s fine, but you can’t use Wendoh. We don’t do half-commits.
2. What Wendoh Actually Is
We’re a directory, not your wedding planner (at least not yet), lawyer, or life coach.
We help couples discover vendors, and help vendors get discovered.
We don’t:

Manage bookings
-
Guarantee availability

Handle payments between couples and vendors

Get involved when your cousin argues about the colour theme
Basically, we connect people, not contracts.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
If you create a Wendoh account (as a vendor or user), please:

Use real information (no “Mickey Mouse Photography Sdn. Bhd.” nonsense)

Keep your password secret

Don’t do anything illegal, shady, or spammy
You’re responsible for everything that happens in your account, even if your cat steps on your keyboard.
4. Vendors & Listings
If you’re a vendor, great, we love you. But remember:

You own your listings, but you also own the responsibility for their accuracy.

We may remove or edit listings that are fake, misleading, or straight-up cringe.

You agree that your listing can appear in search results, emails, or social posts promoting the directory.
If you upload photos, you promise you have rights to them.
If you don’t, and someone complains, we’ll remove them faster than you can say “copyright strike.”
5. Where We Get Our Data
Here’s the part most sites bury in fine print. We won’t.
Some listings on Wendoh come from:

Vendors who submit them directly (hi there 👋)

Publicly available sources (like business directories, social pages, or the internet at large)
We aggregate basic business info, things like name, address, phone, website, and category. We don’t steal your creative content, copywriting, or photos.
If we’ve listed your business and you’d rather not be here, or want to claim your profile, just contact us. We’ll sort it out.
6. Payments & Premium Services
Most of Wendoh is free to browse. But if you want extra exposure (featured listings, promoted spots, or custom marketing), that’s a paid upgrade.
Payment terms are shown before checkout. All payments are non-refundable unless we mess up big time (and we’ll own it if we do).
7. Reviews, Photos & User Content
We love when users leave honest reviews, good or bad (as long as they’re not defamatory or fake).
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, modify, and share it on the platform and our social channels.
We’ll remove stuff that’s:

Offensive, racist, or spammy

Obviously fake
-
Written by your competitor pretending to be a bride
8. Intellectual Property
Wendoh’s design, code, and content (excluding vendor material) are ours.
You can’t copy, clone, or frame the site. If you want to collaborate, just ask. We like creative people.
9. Data Sourcing Transparency
We sometimes collect information that’s already public on the web. Facts aren’t copyrighted, but creativity is, so we respect that line.
